How It Works

Designed for privacy. Built for real outdoor conditions.

The Brief

NOPE Fence combines a structural frame, low-mounted ballast, integrated planter, and modular connections into a single freestanding privacy wall — engineered for finished outdoor environments where a traditional fence isn't the right answer.

System Layers

Six components, one freestanding privacy system.

  1. 01

    Structural frame

A steel-reinforced internal frame supports the vinyl privacy panel and the load of the planter above the ballast compartment.

  2. 02

    Low-mounted ballast

Heavy pavers or concrete blocks sit in a hidden compartment at the base. The low center of gravity resists wind and impact without ground penetration.

  3. 03

    Integrated planter zone

A finished planter cavity along the top of the base houses soil, drainage liner, and greenery — turning the wall into a landscape feature.

  4. 04

    Drainage system

A dedicated tray and outlet route water out of the planter zone, protecting the frame, panel, and surrounding hardscape.

  5. 05

    Modular sections

Sections connect at concealed post sleeves to form straight runs, inside and outside corners, gate openings, and multi-section walls.

  6. 06

    Optional anchoring

Surface anchoring or leveling feet may be recommended based on wind exposure, surface type, and site conditions.
